SHPO Review for OCP Projects

If the property is less than 45 years old, the following information is required for the request for approval: customer name, property address, full legal description of property and date of construction. Review and approval is expected within one to three days.

 If the property is 45 years old or older, the Historic Preservation Resource Identification Form (see link below) must be completed and provided to OMPA via city personnel. This form will be submitted through the SEO to the SHPO office for review, which is expected to take approximately 30 days (or longer).  Links to the instructions on how to complete this form are also listed below, plus links to Historic Preservation Resource Identification Code Sheets that contain additional useful information.

*If the property is over 45 years, SHPO is requesting pictures be submitted.  One picture needs to be the front of the property, from street view, and another picture of the existing heating/cooling system.
