RODEO TRAINING TRACK COMING SOON
Training courses will be held on Friday, April 4th, prior to The Vendor Expo and Rodeo Registration. Information on courses offered will be posted here.
If you are planning on driving a trailer to Edmond, please notify Sheila Kasasa via email at Rodeo@PublicPower.org no later than April 4, 2014. Knowing trailer dimensions will help us to provide adequate spacing and parking arrangements for all on the rodeo grounds. Trailers may be dropped off at the rodeo grounds starting on Thursday, April, 3 through the rodeo on Saturday, April 3. The drop off hours will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Trailers will need to be removed by Sunday, April, 6 at 6:00pm. There will be on-site security 24 hours starting Thursday, April 13. Please ensure your trailers are appropriately marked with your utility’s name.

SHIPPING OF EQUIPMENT
Please make sure shipments are prepaid both ways, or they will not be shipped back and will likely be discarded at the conclusion of the Rodeo.
All team crates and trailers that will be shipped to arrive before April 4 should be shipped to:

Once the containers have been shipped to the appropriate location, Edmond Electric staff will be transporting the containers to the rodeo site for each team.
